OUR TRAINING SYSTEMS


In our training system, new athletes must be identified as fitting into one of the phases provided described in the Optimum Performance Training model shown above. This requires a good eye by our trainers and the ability to make accurate athletic assessments.

The pyramid is separated into 3 different Levels divided into multiple levels:

  • LEVEL 1: Stabilization (Prep) - 1 PHASE
  • LEVEL 2: Strength - 3 PHASES
  • LEVEL 3: Power - 2 PHASES

It is importent that we identify the "Phase" that each athlete fits into and prescribe the appropriate program every time. Most new athletes will fit into Phases 1-2, with our goal to help them progress through the entire system to optimize their performance.
