WHERE THE BEST ATHLETES GET BETTER

Q&A WITH JASMINE

Q:  What's your favorite book?

JASMINE: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Taught me that when you desire something, you need to do whatever it takes to obtain that and never give up.

Q:
Name one thing everyone should experience at least once?

JASMINE:
I think one thing everyone should experience is something that humbles them. I think it’s important for athletes to always stay humble throughout their career and to always continue to improve themselves so that they can be the best version of themselves.

Q: What's your favorite song?

JASMINE: Point Made by Moneybagg Yo. In the song he says, “Want me to stand down, just so you can rise up? (What), that's madness (Madness)” and I really just resonate with this.

Q: What's your favorite way to train at Legends? Why?

JASMINE: My favorite way to train at Legends is with the treadmill. Over the years I have definitely seen how much faster and explosive it has made me on the field in just a few sessions.

Q: What’s one thing you have to do to prepare on game day?

JASMINE: One thing I have to do to prepare on game day is listen to my pregame playlist and visualize the things I want to do in the game.

Q: What do you do post-training to enhance your performance?

JASMINE: I always make sure to stretch and roll out post-training session so that my body can recover.
