Q: What's your favorite book?
TYLER: A book that I’ve read that is super inspiring to me is Living With No Excuses by Noah Galloway.
The book's theme reminds me that whatever I accomplish in my life, there’s always someone that has endured through more. Anything I have done is minimal to what our veterans have done.
Q: What's one thing everyone should do at least once?
TYLER: I feel like everyone should embrace the roller coaster of their very own life journey. Some people will get frustrated because of "the lows," but that’s where I get the most excited knowing it can only get better from there.
Q: What's your favorite song?
TYLER: A song that I always listen to is Pursuit of Happiness (The Project X Edition) because it gets me pumped up for whatever I’m about to take on.
Q: What's your favorite way to train at Legends?
TYLER: My favorite way to train at Legends is to grind out the treadmill program. The reason why it’s my favorite is because I throw up all the time. It pushed me to improve when my body tells me I can't.
Q: What's one way you prepare on Game Day?
TYLER: One thing I have to do in preparation for game day is I have to eat a good breakfast. If I don’t eat a big breakfast my day is defeated.
Q: What do you do post-training to enhance your performance?
TYLER: I make sure I kill a big protein shake after a training session. After that, I will do a 15 minute stretch to make sure my body is feeling loose.
