Throughout December, we will be hosting Monday pitching clinics featuring former pitcher for the Seattle Mariners and NY Mets Organization, Paul Paez. During these clinics, we will be covering the following:
- Proper Mechanics
- Bullpens and Sidework
- Flatgrounds
- Recovery exercises and mechanical work for pitchers who pitched over the weekend
There are 2 sessions available to accommodate different age groups:
- 5:00pm-6:30pm
- 7:00pm-8:30pm
Cost is $20 per Pitcher (6 player max)
